Referrals and new clients
Due to a large increase in referrals from other health professionals and self referrals we are currently not able to take on any new clients.
It is important to us to maintain our high standards and quality of service to all of our clients which includes ensuring appointment availability for existing clients.
We are aware that as client numbers have increased this year, it has been harder for current clients to find appointment slots. We want to ensure that we can provide appointment availability for both newer clients that have recently come to us, as well as our loyal clients who have been with us for a while.
People with vouchers already purchased will still be able to book in as usual and so will not be affected by this, just book for the session duration on your voucher.
We apologise for the inconvenience but hope that you understand that we need to provide both existing and new clients with the ability to book subsequent appointments once they have had the initial consultation.
